Honey & Butter Roasted Peaches and Apricots

I’ve been craving ice cream like a motherfucker recently. I do not keep sweets and junk food in my house (usually) because I will eat it all! Literally everything will be finished within, mmm, two days. Instead of buying Haagen Dazs pineapple coconut ice cream, I made this right here.

I added a small cube of butter, a spoonful of organic raw honey and roasted at 350 degrees in the oven until tender and juicy. Serve over fat free plain organic Greek yogurt and voila. I enjoy a mix of textures in my food so I added a bit of praline granola and flax seeds for a little crunch. So simple I don't know if you can call this a recipe, my kind of dish.
