Kibwana Kente and Polka Dot Bow Tie inspired by Badu.
Inspiration can be found everywhere. Music, art, life often spark my imagination to create new things. I fell in love with these Giant Magazine photos of Erykah Badu and it inspired me to create Kibwana. The bold, ethnic, colorful print against the polka dots is superb and Kibwana turned out to be one of my favorite pieces.
